Breaches of this policy may result in disciplinary action, lesson termination, or refusal of service.

6. Complaints

Concerns relating to equality, diversity, or inclusion should be raised in line with our Complaints & Dispute Resolution Policy.

All concerns will be taken seriously and handled fairly.

7. Policy Review

This policy is reviewed annually and may be updated where required.

Updates take effect upon publication on this website.
