This Limitation of Liability & Indemnity Statement applies to all services, lessons, bookings, test day use, website access, and interactions with Mirror, Signal, Success.

1. General Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mirror, Signal, Success is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of earnings, employment, or opportunities
• Losses arising from missed or failed driving tests
• Emotional distress not caused by negligence

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the service paid for that directly relates to the claim.

2. Driving Instruction & Risk

Driving lessons involve inherent risk.

By booking and attending lessons, learners acknowledge that:

• Learning to drive carries risk
• Instructors cannot eliminate all risk
• Learners are responsible for following instructions and road laws

We are not liable for incidents arising from:

• Failure to follow instructor instructions
• Unsafe learner behaviour
• Third-party road users
• Road or weather conditions

3. Test Outcomes

Mirror, Signal, Success:

• Does not guarantee driving test success
• Has no control over DVSA examiners or test outcomes
• Is not liable for test failures, cancellations, or examiner decisions

4. Vehicle Use

We are not liable for:

• Losses arising from refusal of vehicle use on test day
• Costs incurred where a learner is deemed not test-ready
• Damage caused by learner negligence beyond applicable insurance cover

Learners may be liable for:

• Insurance excess
• Cleaning or repair costs where avoidable damage occurs

5. Health, Fitness & Refusal of Service

We are not liable for losses arising from:

• Refusal or termination of lessons due to safety or fitness concerns
• Decisions made in the interest of road safety

Instructor discretion exercised for safety reasons is final.

6. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party systems including:

• Amelia
• Stripe
• Square
• Banking systems
• Website hosting or plugins

Use of third-party services is at the user’s own risk and subject to their terms.

7. Website Use

We are not liable for:

• Errors or omissions on the website
• Temporary unavailability
• Reliance on website content as professional advice

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Mirror, Signal, Success against any claims, losses, damages, or costs arising from:
